The machine can be set according to split Baumkuchen. Can also portion out the Cake' Tofu ' Jelly and Sandwiches.
Features:
1. LCD touch screen with 10 memories.
2. Can quickly change the working platform.
3. Working platform with a ball screw and servo motor for conveying the displacement, cutting precise size.
4. Vibration twin blades cutting, cutting surface is smooth.

3. Baumkuchen or Rectangle : 76*66 cm
4. Square : 72*72 cm
